NOTE! At the end of December 2008, we began to see the first WII consoles that protected the circuit board from chipping by pouring epoxy glue over the connection points we use. If you purchased your WII at the end of December 2008 and the serial number is above c. LEH-235 ####### (except with lower serial number), the modification takes longer because we have to remove enough epoxy to get ate the solder again. When this is written, we take extra SEK 200 to chip these wii!

As far as regional freedom is concerned, our opinion is that "all chips work equally well / badly" and if instead of connecting the extra 4 cables required to use the chip's built-in regional patch, you can just as well patch your discs yourself with RegionFrii or similar ISO patcher. And since you always have to run "wii brick blocks" ISO patches, you can just as well take care of and run "RegionFrii".
