This is a product that has been sent back by a customer. The packaging is opened and the product has been carefully used for testing.
There is no fault or damage to the product. It doesn't look used. Only the packaging does not look new.
The price is not discounted. If we have unopened units in stock, you can order one of those instead. Order returned units if we run out of unopened and you are in a hurry with the delivery.
If you want to buy a Xim Apex in our physical store and be allowed to return it after testing at home, you can also ask if we have a returned unit.
